EXHIBITION PREVIEW EVENT:
For The Earth: a Community Art Project
July 14th, 5.30-7.30pm

You are warmly invited to our pilot project's preview event, For The Earth. This exhibition showcases the creative work of two cohorts of adults that we have been working with over the last few months in Hebden Bridge and Ovenden, North Halifax.

The theme of our work is reciprocity. How can we give back to the earth? How can we show our gratitude? We have explored these pivotal questions through nature connection practices in local woodlands and mixed media workshops (in buildings!).

We hope you can join us for this free, celebratory event!

Tara Guha

I am a dual heritage writer and mental health practitioner with a passion for nature and the outdoors. I’ve won two prizes for my novels and have had articles published in magazines such as Psychologies and Gramophone.

I also run writing and wellbeing workshops, where I combine my love of writing with years of experience in recovery-led mental health. I am happiest when sitting with a group under a tree, feeling the breeze on our faces and seeing where the muse takes us.
